9:02 退換貨政策(貼身衣物專用版本)
為保障您的購物體驗與產品衛生安全,9:02 依據台灣《消費者保護法》提供以下退換貨規範。
一、七日鑑賞期說明
依《消費者保護法》規定,您享有商品到貨次日起七日鑑賞期權益。
但請注意:
鑑賞期並非試用期。
二、貼身衣物(Bra Top / Leggings)規範
為維護所有顧客衛生與穿著安全:
- 貼身衣物(包含 Bra Top、Leggings)一經拆封、試穿或使用,恕不接受退貨
- 如因尺寸不合,可於七日內申請「更換尺寸一次」
三、尺寸更換規則
符合以下條件可申請換尺寸:
- 商品保持全新未洗滌、未污損
- 吊牌、包裝完整
- 僅限同款式更換尺寸一次
- 庫存允許之尺寸方可更換
⚠️ 若欲更換之尺寸已無庫存,將協助辦理退款(依實際情況處理)
四、工作室試穿服務
為了讓您更精準選擇適合自己的尺寸與版型,9:02 提供工作室預約試穿服務:
- 可於工作室預約試穿後再進行購買
- 試穿服務可有效降低尺寸不合問題
- 歡迎透過客服或官方社群預約時間
我們鼓勵先試穿再購買,找到最貼合自己身形的選擇。
五、不適用退換貨情形
以下狀況恕不提供退換服務:
- 已穿著、洗滌或有使用痕跡
- 人為污損(彩妝、體味、香水、毛髮等)
- 吊牌拆除或包裝不完整
- 超過七日申請期限
- 非本公司瑕疵之個人感受問題(如版型偏好)
六、瑕疵商品處理
如收到商品有瑕疵或寄錯款式:
- 請於 7 日內聯繫客服並提供照片
- 經確認後由 9:02 負擔運費並協助換貨

- 聯繫客服並提供訂單編號與問題說明
- 確認符合換貨條件
- 寄回商品並檢查
- 安排尺寸更換寄出
八、運費說明
- 商品瑕疵/寄錯:由 9:02 負擔運費
- 尺寸更換:來回運費由顧客負擔(可依品牌策略調整)

9:02 Return & Exchange Policy (Intimate Apparel)
At 9:02, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience while ensuring product hygiene and safety. Our return and exchange policy complies with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act and is outlined below.
1. Seven-Day Inspection Period
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period starting from the day after the product is delivered.
Please note: The inspection period is not a trial period.
2. Intimate Apparel Policy (Bra Tops & Leggings)
To protect the hygiene and safety of all customers:
- Intimate apparel, including Bra Tops and Leggings, cannot be returned once opened, tried on, or used.
- If the size is unsuitable, customers may request a one-time size exchange within seven days of receiving the product.
3. Size Exchange Eligibility
A size exchange may be requested if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is in brand-new condition and has not been washed, worn, or damaged.
- Original tags and packaging remain intact.
- Exchanges are limited to one size change for the same style.
- The requested size is available in stock.
Please note: If the desired size is out of stock, we will assist with a refund or provide an alternative solution based on the situation.
4. Studio Fitting Service
To help you find the most suitable fit and style, 9:02 offers a studio fitting service by appointment.
- Customers are welcome to try on products at our studio before purchasing.
- Fitting appointments help minimize sizing issues and improve shopping satisfaction.
- Appointments can be arranged through our customer service team or official social media channels.
We highly encourage trying on products before purchasing to ensure the best fit for your body shape.
5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Situations
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use.
- Items with stains or contamination caused by the customer, including makeup, perfume, body odor, or hair.
- Missing or removed tags, or incomplete packaging.
- Requests made after the seven-day inspection period.
- Personal preference issues unrelated to product defects (such as style or fit preferences).
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product:
- Please contact our customer service team within seven days of receipt and provide photos of the issue.
- Once verified, 9:02 will cover the shipping costs and arrange a replacement.
7. Exchange Process
1. Contact customer service and provide your order number along with a description of the issue.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility for exchange.
3. Return the item for inspection.
4. Once approved, the replacement size will be shipped.
8. Shipping Costs
- Defective items or shipping errors: Shipping costs will be covered by 9:02.
- Size exchanges: Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (subject to brand policy adjustments).
