Shipping Policy 配送政策
Order Processing 訂單處理
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
訂單將於付款完成後 1–3 個工作天內安排出貨。週末及國定假日訂單將於下一個工作日開始處理。
Shipping Destinations 配送地區
We currently ship throughout Taiwan and selected international destinations.

2–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping Fees 運費說明
Taiwan 台灣地區
Free standard shipping on orders over NT$3,500.
單筆訂單滿 NT$3,500 即享免運優惠。
Orders below NT$3,500 will incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.
未滿 NT$3,500 之訂單將依結帳頁面顯示之運費收費。
International Orders 國際配送
International shipping fees are calculated based on destination, package weight, and shipping method.
國際運費將依配送地區、包裹重量及物流方式計算。
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
實際運費將於結帳時顯示。
Customs & Duties 關稅與稅金
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
國際訂單可能產生進口關稅、增值稅或其他相關費用。
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
相關費用由收件人自行負擔。
Order Tracking 訂單追蹤
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Returns & Exchanges 退換貨政策
7-Day Inspection Period 七日鑑賞期
In accordance with Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a seven-day inspection period beginning the day after delivery.
依據《消費者保護法》,消費者享有商品到貨次日起七日鑑賞期權益。
Please note that the inspection period is not a trial period.
請注意,鑑賞期並非試用期。
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
退回商品須保持全新狀態,未使用、未洗滌,且保留完整吊牌及包裝。
Intimate Apparel Policy 貼身衣物規範
For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel including Bra Tops and Leggings cannot be returned once opened, tried on, or used.
為維護所有顧客之衛生與穿著安全,Bra Top、Leggings 等貼身衣物一經拆封、試穿或使用後,恕不接受退貨。
If the size does not fit, a one-time size exchange may be requested within seven days of receiving the order.
若尺寸不合,可於收到商品後七日內申請同款尺寸更換一次。
Size Exchange 尺寸更換
Size exchanges are available when:

- Item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- 商品保持全新狀態,未穿著、未洗滌及未污損。
- Original tags and packaging are intact.
- 吊牌及包裝完整保留。
- Exchange is limited to one size change for the same style.
- 僅限同款商品更換尺寸一次。
- Requested size is available in stock.
- 欲更換尺寸須有現貨庫存。
If the requested size is unavailable, we will assist with a refund or alternative solution where applicable.
若欲更換尺寸已無庫存,9:02 將依實際情況協助退款或提供其他處理方案。
Studio Fitting Service 工作室預約試穿
To help you find your ideal fit, we offer private studio fitting appointments.
為協助您找到最適合的尺寸與版型,9:02 提供工作室預約試穿服務。
Appointments can be arranged through our customer service team or social media channels.
歡迎透過客服或官方社群平台預約試穿時間。
We encourage customers to try before purchasing whenever possible.
我們鼓勵顧客於購買前先試穿,以獲得更理想的穿著體驗。
Non-Returnable Conditions 不適用退換貨情形
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

- Opened, worn, washed, or used items
- 已開封、已穿著、洗滌或有使用痕跡之商品
- Items with makeup, perfume, body odor, hair, or other stains
- 沾染彩妝、香水、體味、毛髮等人為污損
- Missing tags or incomplete packaging
- 吊牌拆除或包裝不完整
- Requests made after the 7-day inspection period
- 超過七日鑑賞期
- Personal preference issues unrelated to product defects
- 非商品瑕疵因素之個人主觀感受問題
Defective or Incorrect Items 瑕疵商品或寄錯商品
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
若收到瑕疵商品或寄錯商品,請於收到商品後七日內聯繫客服並提供照片。
After verification, 9:02 will cover all shipping costs and arrange a replacement.
經確認後,9:02 將負擔相關運費並協助辦理換貨。
Return Shipping Fees 退換貨運費
For defective or incorrect items, shipping costs will be covered by 9:02.
商品瑕疵或寄錯商品,由 9:02 負擔相關運費。
For size exchanges, round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
尺寸更換之來回運費由顧客自行負擔。
